Laona M. Kitchen Foundation

The Laona M. Kitchen Foundation was founded to honor mother, grandmother, and great grandmother Laona Kitchen, who battled Alzheimer's disease. The foundation works to assist families who are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's and other dementias.
The LMK Foundation accomplishes its goal three ways: by providing short-term respite care to caregivers from the demands of caring for one with Alzheimer's or dementia; by offering education and support for those seeking to use VA death pension benefits for nursing care; and by educating the community on how to best cope with these irreversible and deadly diseases.
The foundation raises funds to support these endeavors through its annual golf tournament and the generous donations of people like you. Please support this cause by clicking the donate button above, or by signing up for the annual golf tournament. Your donation or participation will go a long way in supporting those who care for loved ones afflicted with these diseases.
